The customer service is great as soon as you walk through the door you feel warm feeling and very welcoming deserted by my boyfriend so I end up talking to the manager and the manager was very helpful and so what's the clerk behind the counter I had to another room because of my boyfriend is hurting me and they were very helpful I appreciate them
They upgraded our suite for free to a room with a Jacuzzi tub because the main pool and hot tub were out of service. Quick and convenient. Best night's sleep I've ever had at a hotel and I've stayed in plenty
On two separate visits asked for quiet room and the person at the desk gave me a perfect room away from others on top floor. My only critique is parking lot needs more lighting. Felt abit unsafe at times.
I stayed here on 11/14 to attend an OSU open house. My expectations were low because I usually stay at fancy hotels. That said, it was such a pleasant experience. The most notable part was the customer service, especially from the front desk person, Owen. Right from the start, Owen and other staff members were friendly, helpful, and really went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. I had so many questions about the town, where to go out to eat, directions, etc. Owen took the time to help me with the actual details with enthusiasm and care. I really appreciated that. I absolutely will be returning to this hotel next time I am in Corvallis.
Came to see the kiddo in college for her birthday. Hotel is 9 min from the school. Room is clean, everyone is nice, good options for quick drinks and snacks at front desk. Its in the 30s outside but we are enjoying the indoor pool and hot tub. Also located right off the main road close to food, shops, and pharmacy.
This is my go to place while bringing my son back to school the last four years. The staff are friendly. Shout out to Owen and Kay at the front desk for their friendly and professional customer service. The hotel is clean and quiet and the breakfast is delightful.
I always stay here when visiting Corvallis. It's above average for this class of hotel. My room this time was recently renovated so everything was new and spotlessly clean, very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. My only complaint is the fitness center. There are 6 very old, rickety machines, 2 of which weren't working. I hope they're planning to replace them and maybe add some free weights. UPDATE: I stayed here again recently and my review is the same except for now MORE of the gym equipment is broken, which could also be a safety hazard. PLEASE get some new equipment!!
The front desk guy was very friendly and professional. I stayed in the jacuzzi room and I'm going to be coming back here. The rates are some of the best I have seen . I highly recommend anyone coming through Corvalis should stop here.
